Welcoming Monsoon with vibrant colors

Welcoming Monsoon with vibrant colors :

This composition was designed last year in June (2008) … as a tribute to Monsoon's first rain.
It is a peacock feather … peacocks are loved for their magnificent natural beauty and the grace. In India Peacocks are always being associated with the Monsoon and are symbolized for love, prosperity and affluence. It could be because Monsoon holds strong correlation with all these factors. Peacocks ..... the glorious birds, who express their joy & love in very distinct manner – by their dance. They pay their homage to the Monsoon by dancing in the shower .... displaying all their handsome colors.
Hence the name welcoming monsoon with vibrant colors …
